Joy Cravens began her career as a biller and coder in central Texas where she initially worked within wound care, sleep study, neurology, and allergy health care accounts. She joined Dr. Hulen in 2009 as the only biller and coder for Wound Integrity, but her once small billing team has now grown into a single specialty wound care and hyperbaric medicine revenue cycle department operating under Wound Sync, LLC. Joy brings over 14 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management and Practice Management and remains as the longest-standing staff member for Dr. Hulen in her wound care organization. In her free time, Joy enjoys traveling, unique cuisine, and live music with her family. In her spare time and philanthropic efforts, she has been a volunteer and huge supporter of the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians which supports independent artists to have health care benefits.
